Reservation policies

Our rates apply specifically to the service requested. All our rates are subject to change without prior notice. Specific vehicle models are subject to availability. Similar models that meet the characteristics offered for the type of service selected may also be used. 

Payment for the service if you choose to pay in cash is made before getting into the vehicle. You can cancel your reservation up to 4 days before the service without any penalty. There will be no refunds for cancellations made 2 days or less before the service. We do not make refunds for services already performed.

Car seats are provided upon availability at no additional charge, we are in no way obligated to provide this service.

Additional Fees and Charges

If you or a member of your group causes physical or cosmetic damage to the interior or exterior of your driver's car, we will assess a fee and damage charge.

Cleaning Fee Amounts

  • $250 MXN – Small amounts of liquid spills INSIDE the car such as coffee drips, grease from food, other drinks (excluding water), sand or dirt on floor mats.
  • $700 MXN – Major dirt, usually body fluids such as vomit, paint or large amounts of sticky or staining liquids (excluding water), chewing gum and other sticky materials OUTSIDE the vehicle requiring exterior washing.
  • $1400 MXN – Major dirt from liquids, including coffee, greasy foods, beverages (excluding water) or gum, and other sticky materials INSIDE the vehicle that require steam cleaning and special products.
  • $2500 MXN – Major damage, such as extensive damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
