Terms and conditions of use.

At Airport Vans Cancun ®, all our services promoted on official sites are subject to the following terms; By accepting, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms of use and any revisions.

They consist of organizing and providing transportation reservation services by telephone, through websites and mobile applications on behalf of independent licensed companies, and independent operators that provide transportation services (each, an “Independent Operator”), to individual users and services collecting fare payments and expenses from users for the Services on behalf of Independent Operators associated with such transportation services.

  • All our airport transportation reservations are valid only for the time and date specified.
  • Cancellations can be made via email, live chat or WhatsApp or by calling us!
  • Last minute changes, you must call, live chat, WhatsApp our customer service agents.
  • The waiting time for transfer guarantee for departure/hotel to hotel services will be 15 minutes.
  • Transfer guarantee for flights with delayed arrival of no more than 4 hours subject to prior report by the client, in order to make the appropriate changes in a time range from 08:00 am to 09:00 pm, outside of these guidelines we adhere to terms and conditions of extra cost.
  • Your luggage can only be boarded in the presence of the client.
  • The driver is authorized to deny, cancel, or terminate the service if the behavior of the people on board is inappropriate (drug use, damage to the vehicle, alcohol consumption by minors, urinating inside, smoking, having sexual relations, assaults and other applicable cases), and no refund will be made.
  • We are not responsible for lost items, it is important that the client checks the unit carefully when getting off. If you notice that you have forgotten something, we ask that you notify us immediately so that the driver can take it into his possession and process the return.

For all services offered, the customer must include the “Day of Travel” phone number in case the Independent Operator calls for assistance during the pickup process. However, independent operators are not required to call this phone number before pickup. Failure to provide a contact number for the day of travel may impede our ability to provide service and result in potential loss of fare. Customer may also receive additional notification calls to the designated contact number announcing reservation details prior to pickup.

All our reservations guarantee that the unit will be waiting at the airport in the assigned and respected area indicated to us. Before getting off the flight, the client will notify their executive to inform them that they are in the baggage area, if applicable, so that Airport Vans Cancun operations enter your transportation at the points that your agent will let you know.
